Imo State Gov. Okorocha gives out fake toy laptops to University students see photos

Some Imo state University students (IMSU) alleges on Facebook that their Governor, Rochas Okorocha distributed fake laptops to them while on political hypings. Pictures of the laptop and the governor handing them out as seen on twitter above.
One person said he eventually sold his laptop for N7k as that was the value.
