Despite dialogue move by the Federal government with Niger Delta Militants, the Niger Delta Avengers, NDA, has claimed fresh attack on NNPC pipeline in Akwa Ibom.
The militants said it carried out the attack at about 4:00am on Thursday, a move that is sharply in contrast with the group’s earlier stance on embracing dialogue on certain strict conditions.
“At 4:00am @NDAvengers blow up NNPC Pipeline in Oruk Anam Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom, The avengers said via it Twitter handle.
